Lower Sac is fishing very well, the caddis hatch's remain the dominant bug, with mayflies also being taken across the river.
Shallow riffles and deeper runs are both holding fish.
Indicator/Dry Dropper will produce fish all day long.
Some more hot weather is on the way.
I'm predicting the caddis will still be doing their thing until the salmon show up and the fish focus on eggs.
No hatchery steelhead yet, still waiting to see some show up.
Flows have been reduced to 9,500 cfs, now is a great time to start working pockets and shallower stuff we couldn't fish with the higher flows.
Lots of double ups, big fish and good numbers to the net.
